Stephanie Rath

Stephanie Rath, Senior Vice President of Client Services, holds 22 years of combined development and management experience in the multi-family real estate industry. She has been with Bozzuto for 14 years, working both on-site and in various corporate roles. Stephanie currently leads the Business Development team in Bozzuto’s growth efforts both in existing as well as expansion markets. Her ownership-mindset along with her operational expertise equips her to provide insightful value-add recommendations in order to maximize a property’s financial performance throughout its lifecycle.

Before becoming Senior Vice President of Client Services, Stephanie was Senior Vice President of Operations, overseeing assets throughout Northern Virginia and Maryland. Prior to that, she was Vice President of Advisory Services, providing key insights around space planning and programming, optimal unit mix recommendations, and market positioning and financial analyses on new developments in the pipeline. Stephanie has been integral in developing communities across the Mid-Atlantic, Tri-State, New England, Midwest, and Southeast regions.
