Rosalba Melo

As Retail Asset Manager, Rosalba Melo oversees a portfolio of 565,000 square feet of commercial space across 25+ properties in New York and New Jersey. This consists of about 466,000 square feet of retail and just under 100,000 square feet of office space. Her responsibilities include managing the day-to-day retail operations, training site managers on best practices for mixed-use management, assuring the quality of financial performance/on-site accounting practices, and establishing a first class standard. She has been involved in the successful opening of various businesses such as Gymboree, My Salon Suite, Playa Bowls, and more.

Rosalba joined Bozzuto Management Company in February 2016 and worked in residential property management for about six years before joining the retail team. Her background in residential operations equips her with the necessary tools and industry insight to further strengthen the relationship with Bozzuto’s clients
