Senior Vice President, Florida, Bozzuto Development Company
Rob Loscalzo is Senior Vice President of Bozzuto Development Company and oversees multi-family development opportunities across Florida.
Prior to Bozzuto, Rob was Managing Partner of BlackBoot Development, a company he founded in 2021 focused on mixed use, multi-family, transit-oriented opportunities in high barriers to entry markets in the Northeast. Prior to BlackBoot, Rob worked on the ownership side with Bozzuto for over 15 years, having served over 22+ years in the positions of CFO, COO and Development Partner for Tritec, a Long Island based real estate developer.
Rob was at the forefront in the efforts to revitalize transit-oriented communities on Long Island. He served as Lead Developer of the company’s award-winning mixed-use transit-oriented redevelopment project, New Village at Patchogue. He was the Lead Developer of the master planned development at the Ronkonkoma Hub, a 50+ acre, one-billion-dollar redevelopment project at the crossroads of road, rail, and air.
Rob was Chairman of Montauk We Hope, a 501c3 created by employees, to raise funds through a bicycle tour to Montauk for Hope House Ministries of Port Jefferson. He served as an advisory board member for Hope House.
Rob holds a master’s in real estate finance and investment from New York University, and undergraduate degree in economics and accounting from Ohio Wesleyan. He is married, has three children and resides in Sarasota, Florida.
