Richard L. Mostyn

As Co-Founder and Vice Chairman of The Bozzuto Group, Rick Mostyn provides strategic counsel and guidance to Bozzuto’s leadership teams. In addition to serving as a mentor and advisor, Mostyn oversees acquisitions, insurance and risk management programs and sits on the company’s Investment Committee.

Mostyn began his tenure at The Bozzuto Group as the Chief Financial Officer, a role in which he was responsible for all equity and debt activity. He notably served as Chief Operating Officer, directing the company’s apartment development, acquisition, homebuilding, property management and construction activities.

Prior to the formation of The Bozzuto Group in 1988, Mostyn spent ten years as a Vice President and Controller for Oxford Development Corporation.

He is a graduate of the University of Maryland and has a master’s degree in Finance from Johns Hopkins University. Mostyn is a board member of Homes for America, a non-profit active in the development of affordable housing.
