Nicholas Umosella

Nicholas Umosella has been with Bozzuto for more than eight years, working on a variety of projects. He led the construction efforts at Liberty Harbor East in partnership with Harbor East Management Group and recently led the development efforts at Aster College Park. As a Vice President with Bozzuto Development Company, Nicholas leads various efforts in entitlement, design, financing, construction, and lease-up for projects in the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia area. Nick graduated from Penn State University’s Architectural Engineering Department, completed his Masters of Science in Real Estate Development from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, and is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Maryland.
