Lauren Jarboe

Lauren Jarboe, Senior Vice President with Bozzuto Management Company, is an experienced real estate executive with over 15 years of experience managing urban, Class A properties in the Washington, D.C. metro area.  Lauren’s current portfolio consists of over 5,200 units and over 100,000 square feet of retail in Montgomery, Prince George’s and Anne Arundel Counties of Maryland and Washington, D.C.

During Lauren’s tenure, she has overseen multiple takeovers, most notably the takeover of over 900 units in the then developing Capitol Riverfront Neighborhood. Lauren also has experience in mixed-use communities, dispositions, renovation, and lease ups.  She has worked on prominent communities in Washington, DC such as CityCenter, The Apollo, and Washington Gateway. Lauren has a proven track record developing award winning teams and properties.

Lauren has held various positions with Bozzuto Management Company throughout her career in property management. Lauren is an active member of Urban Land Institute, Apartment and Office Building Association as well as an advocate and active member in Bozzuto’s employee resource groups. Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from Fordham University.
