Kirsten Andrews Woelper

Kirsten Andrews Woelper brings more than two decades of legal experience to her role as General Counsel. She previously served as a senior partner in Gallagher Evelius & Jones’s Real Estate and Business Transactions Group.

In that role, Kirsten primarily worked with developers, owners, lenders and equity investors on residential, commercial and mixed-use real estate development projects that spanned from land acquisition through development, construction, operation and disposition. She represented borrowers and lenders in acquisition, development, construction, mezzanine and permanent financing transactions, including ones involving low-income housing, historic and new market tax credits. Kirsten also represented developers and owners in the formation of condominium and homeowners associations.

Kirsten is recognized by Best Lawyers in America as a leading lawyer in real estate law and has been recognized by Chambers USA since 2020 for her work in real estate. She serves on The St. Paul’s Schools’ Board of Trustees and as the chair of the Maryland Regional Selection Committee for Jefferson Scholars Foundation. She previously served on the Institute of Notre Dame High School’s Board of Directors.
