Keisha Simmons is the Senior Manager, Lease Administration for Bozzuto Management Company. Possessing over 20 years of experience in retail, commercial lease administration and property management. She oversees the day-to-day lease administration functionality for Bozzuto Management Company’s mixed-use portfolio while interfacing with retail asset management, onsite operations, and property accounting on YE CAM reconciliations, annual retail budget preparation and complex lease analysis.

Prior to joining Bozzuto in 2015, Keisha held the position of Senior Lease Administration Manager with The Aaron’s Company, Inc. where she was responsible for managing their lease administration department for 275+ retail stores.
