Joel Regignano

Joel Regignano, Senior Retail Asset Manager, with Bozzuto Management Company, has over 10 years of real estate experience with a primary focus in property management. Joel’s background includes five years of real estate development with Zrecon LLC and nine years of mixed-use property management experience with Bozzuto Management Company. Joel’s current portfolio encompasses over 400,000 square feet of commercial space across 28 properties, as well as four condo and/or master associations. His responsibilities within the commercial team include oversight of the day-to-day retail operations, training site managers on best practices for mixed-use management, quality assurance of financial performance/on-site accounting practices, and ensuring a first-class standard. With his prior experience as a General Manager on the site level for large mixed-use properties, Joel has the residential experience to ensure a full oversight of successful property operations.

Prior to joining the Bozzuto Commercial team, Joel worked on-site as a General Manager for some of Bozzuto’s high-profile properties including City Market at O Street. In his role at City Market, Joel oversaw the opening and successful 12-month lease-up of 407 luxury residential units and the operation of over 100,000 square feet of retail, a public garage, and REA which included a hotel. Joel also worked in several capacities for real estate development prior to joining Bozzuto in 2009 where he assisted with the conversion of apartment buildings to condominiums. Joel attained his bachelor’s degree with a focus in real estate and urban land development from Virginia Commonwealth University.
