As the Vice President of Customer Experience for Bozzuto, Jenna uses a unique blend of analytics, problem solving, strategic leadership and depth of experience to lead the marketing for countless multifamily communities across several markets. In her current role, Jenna has effectively leveraged customer sentiment and first party research data to identify friction points in the customer journey. She subsequently developed bespoke programs to ensure that Bozzuto consistently delivers an extraordinary experience to prospects and residents. Additionally, Jenna leads the effort to identify and pilot new technology solutions, ultimately launching several that have become brand standards in Bozzuto’s marketing and operations toolbox.
Jenna began her professional career as a project manager at a branding and advertising agency in Baltimore, MD after graduating from Lehigh University College of Business.
