As Vice President of Customer Experience, Jenna brings a unique blend of analytics, problem solving, strategic leadership to Bozzuto’s marketing team and has a depth of experience leading the marketing strategy for countless communities across Bozzuto’s portfolio. In her current role, Jenna has effectively leveraged customer sentiment and first party research data to identify friction points in the customer journey. She subsequently developed bespoke programs to ensure that Bozzuto consistently delivers an extraordinary experience to prospects and residents. Additionally, Jenna leads the effort to identify and pilot new technology solutions, ultimately launching several that have become brand standards in Bozzuto’s marketing and operations toolbox.

Jenna began her professional career as a project manager at a branding and advertising agency in Baltimore, MD after graduating from Lehigh University College of Business.
