Ian S. Parker

Ian joined Bozzuto in November 2021. He has ten years Commercial Real Estate experience with a focus on property management, including a portfolio of 30+ properties with over 700,000 SF of retail space in Washington, D.C., Northern VA, Maryland and Massachusetts. His responsibilities within the retail team and oversees of the day-to-day retail operations, training site managers on best practices for mixed-use management, quality assurance of financial performance/on-site accounting practices, and ensuring a first-class standard.

Prior to joining the Bozzuto Retail team in November 2021, Ian worked in Accounting and Property Management positions with Atapco Properties for eight years. At end of tenure, Ian was responsible for daily management of commercial real estate valued at over $75 MM, including 850,000 SF of gross or modified-gross Class A office leases throughout three states.
