Senior Vice President, Retail Assets, Bozzuto Management Company
Edward Okonski III, Senior Vice President of Retail Assets, brings over 20 years of Commercial Property Management experience to the Retail Asset group and holds an RPA accreditation through BOMI International. In his role as Vice President of Retail Assets for Bozzuto, Ed actively assists the continual improvement of the Bozzuto retail brand. Using his creative problem-solving skills and knowledge of building systems, he proactively improves the end user’s experience through a detail-oriented approach to operations and management. Ed brings a focus on financial performance, exterior aesthetics, and experience in developing building brand standards. His current portfolio encompasses more than 800,000 square feet of Bozzuto’s retail portfolio throughout Washington, D.C., New England, and the Midwest, including Cathedral Commons (Washington, D.C.), The Abby (Quincy, MA), and The Cooper Southbank (Chicago, IL).
Prior to joining Bozzuto, Ed held the position of Property Manager at St. John Properties, Inc. for 15 years, during which time he was responsible for the daily management, oversight, and financial performance of over 2.5 million square feet of Class-A Office, Retail, Flex, and Industrial space throughout the Baltimore/ Annapolis corridor. Ed Joined Bozzuto in 2017.
