Caroline Berry

Caroline Berry, Senior Vice President with Bozzuto Management Company, is an accredited real estate executive with over 12 years of experience managing portfolios of Class A projects in urban and suburban markets in the Washington, D.C. metro area. Caroline’s management experience spans large-scale mixed-use developments, lease-ups, and the re-positioning of takeover assets, resulting in value optimization.

Caroline has extensive experience guiding clients throughout the design, development, and construction periods of new projects. In her current role, Caroline collaborates with clients and their development partners to influence the positioning and programming for these developments, provide initial underwriting, and coordinate and implement launch strategies.

Caroline is a proud champion, and supporter of Bozzuto’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts and has served as a facilitator for Belonging at Bozzuto since its original format launched in 2016.

Caroline joined Bozzuto Management Company in 2010 and has held various positions throughout her career. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech.
