Brian Rennie

As Vice President for Bozzuto Construction Company, Brian oversees client relations, project management, and field operations for new construction and renovation projects. His responsibilities span Bozzuto Construction’s projects in the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) region, as well as in Massachusetts. Brian also leads the Renovation and Capital Improvement group. From start to finish, he manages each project in its entirety, overseeing financial, scheduling, safety, and quality components.

Brian earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Finance from Salisbury University’s Perdue School of Business. He is currently an active member of the Housing Association of Nonprofit Developers (HAND) as well as the Urban Land Institute. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Affordable Housing Conference of Montgomery County (AHCMC).
