Vice President, Compliance, Bozzuto Management Company
Audra Vernier brings 25 years real estate experience to her role as Vice President of Compliance. In her role, Ms. Vernier provides Compliance and Governance expertise to Bozzuto’s portfolio and serves on the client services team overseeing legal negotiations, new contract onboarding and due diligence, and ensuring Bozzuto’s brand standards consistency throughout the portfolio. She also serves as lead on various company compliance technology and administrative initiatives. Audra has a varied background in all aspects of real estate including Accounting, Property Management and Asset Management operations.
Previously, Audra has been in roles in property Operations as a Regional Portfolio Manager, as an Asset Management at both the institutional and developer levels and served as a Consultant in the Military Housing Privatization Initiative (MHPI) program for several years. She has managed various real estate assets in her career including commercial, retail, residential Class A through C, tax credit, as well as value add projects, and single-family lot and condo development. Audra holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Maryland where she majored in accounting. She currently is on several NAA committees and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), and a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS).
