Alison Punsalan

Alison Punsalan, Senior Vice President with Bozzuto Management Company, has more than 25 years of experience in the industry. Before joining Bozzuto, Alison was the Senior Vice President of Property Management for Foulger-Pratt, responsible for the operational performance of all asset types in the portfolio including commercial office, medical office, industrial, multifamily and retail. Some of her extensive management experience includes new development planning and strategy, lease-up, value-add redevelopment, low-income tax credit and mixed use assets. Additionally, Alison held various positions during her 10-year tenure at Fairfield Residential in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast markets.

Alison holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The Ohio State University. She is a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management. She serves on the Board of the Apartment and Office Building Association and is the current co-chair of the District of Columbia Government Affairs Committee. She has also served on the Board for the Institute of Real Estate Management, Chapter 92, and the Property Management Association.
