Opportunities to connect over shared experiences, backgrounds and cultures is essential to a workplace centered around belonging. Bozzuto is proud to offer eight unique employee resource groups (ERGs) which foster connections among our nearly 3,000 employees, and cultivates an environment of trust and belonging.
Each group provides leadership and networking opportunities as well as chances to connect over shared bonds, and hosts events around cultural celebrations and observances that educate and inspire attendees.
We strive to build upon our culture of kindness in all we do. Because Bozzuto places emphasis on the value and impact of compassion and inclusion, we continue to educate ourselves and each other while also taking the time to give back to our communities. We recognize the power each of us has to create positive change, and we encourage one another to use this power every day.
Our Power to Participate
We launched an inclusive leadership training for all managers and online learning experiences for all associates to better embrace DEI, called “Embracing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion,” a blended-learning experience designed to educate and inspire our associates.
Our Power to Give Back
It’s always been a top priority to give back to the communities in which we live and work. We’re proud to collaborate with nonprofit organizations across the country through Rise by Bozzuto, our corporate social responsibility program, to make a collective impact in our communities.
Our Power of Knowledge
We host company-wide, virtual events where we invite special guest speakers and Bozzuto leaders to spark meaningful discussions. We also offer our associates a shared content library with books, Ted Talks, podcasts, videos and more for their own learning.
