We greatly value our subcontractors and are proud to say many of them have been doing business with us since our beginnings. Bozzuto Construction negotiates a majority of our work and aims to involve our subcontractors in the process as early as possible. This works best when we team up with subcontractors who we are familiar with, and in turn are familiar with our work.
Prequalification
All of our subcontractors are prequalified in order to ensure they meet our standards for excellence. Therefore, our database consists of a limited number of qualified subcontractors.
Subcontractor List
Taking a more personal approach, we make individual calls to our Subcontractor List, rather than initiating a broadcast invitation. Our list contains four or five subcontractors per trade or CSI code.
Bid Process
Typically, we garner the interest of three or four subcontractors per trade and invite a fourth or fifth for evaluation from our prequalified pool. this gives them the opportunity to join our list based on responsiveness, scope and price.
